MOPS – Multi Operation Public Services ek online booking facilitation platform hai jo customers ko Melody Band Party, Orchestra, DJ, Natak, Kirtan Mandali aur anya event-related services ke liye service providers se connect karta hai.
1. Nature of Services
MOPS koi physical product sell ya deliver nahi karta. Website par available sabhi bookings service-based hoti hain jo fixed date, time aur location ke liye schedule ki jaati hain.
2. Booking Confirmation
Payment successful hone ke baad booking confirmation ke liye forward ki jaati hai. Final confirmation service provider ki availability par depend karti hai.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Event date se 72 hours pehle cancellation request par refund policy apply hogi.
- Event date se 72 hours ke andar cancellation par refund generally applicable nahi hota.
4. Refund Policy
Refund case-to-case basis par evaluate hota hai. Payment gateway charges aur taxes non-refundable hote hain.
5. Advance / Booking Amount
Advance amount generally non-refundable hota hai jab tak written confirmation me alag mention na ho.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds 7–10 working days ke andar process kiye jaate hain.
7. Failed / Duplicate Payments
Technical issue ki wajah se duplicate payment hone par verification ke baad refund diya jayega.
8. Dispute Resolution
Kisi bhi dispute me MOPS coordination karega. Final decision booking terms ke base par liya jayega.
9. Changes to Policy
MOPS bina prior notice ke policy update kar sakta hai.

- 10 Days Before: Advance Refund + 25% Penalty,10 ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ: ଅଡଭାନ୍ସ ଫେରସ୍ତ + 25% ଜରିମାନା
- 7 Days Before: Advance Refund + 50% Penalty,7 ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ: ଅଡଭାନ୍ସ ଫେରସ୍ତ + 50% ଜରିମାନା
- 24 Hours / Same Day: 100% Final Amount + 100% Additional Penalty,24 ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ/ସେମ୍ ଡେ: 100% ଫାଇନାଲ ରାଶି + 100% ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଜରିମାନା
Cancellation by Client,ଗ୍ରାହକ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବାତିଲ.
- More than 10 Days Before Event: 50% Advance Refund,10 ଦିନରୁ ଅଧିକ ପୂର୍ବରୁ: ଅଡଭାନ୍ସ ରାଶିର 50% ଫେରସ୍ତ
- Within 7 Days Before Event: Advance Non-Refundable,7 ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ: ଅଡଭାନ୍ସ ରାଶି ଫେରସ୍ତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ
- 24 Hours / Same Day: 100% Final Amount Payable (No Refund),24 ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ/ସେମ୍ ଡେ: 100% ଫାଇନାଲ ରାଶି ଦେବାକୁ ହେବ, କୌଣସି ଫେରସ୍ତ ନାହିଁ
Force Majeure / ଅପରିହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି
Natural disaster, Govt restriction, accident, medical emergency – Event will be rescheduled. If not possible, only paid amount will be refunded (No Penalty).
ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପଦ, ସରକାରୀ ନିଷେଧ, ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା, ରୋଗ – କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପୁନଃନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ ହେବ। ସମ୍ଭବ ନହେଲେ କେବଳ ଦେଇଥିବା ରାଶି ଫେରତ।
Refund Time / ରିଫଣ୍ଡ ସମୟ
Refund within 3–7 Working Days via Bank/UPI.ରିଫଣ୍ଡ 3–7 କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ।
