✅ Booking Confirmation
Advance received = Booking confirmed. WhatsApp / Email confirmation legally valid hoga (as per IT Act 2000). Balance amount program start hone se pehle dena hoga.
❌ Cancellation Policy
• 10 Days Before: Advance refund + 25% penalty
• 7 Days Before: Advance refund + 50% penalty
• Same Day: 100% final amount + penalty
• 10 Days Before: 50% advance refund
• Within 7 Days: No refund
• Same Day: 100% payment (no refund)
🌧 Force Majeure
Natural disaster, govt restriction, accident ya medical emergency me event reschedule hoga. Possible na hone par sirf paid amount refund hoga (no penalty).
⚖️ Responsibilities
- Client stage, electricity & permissions arrange karega
- Damage hone par client responsible hoga
- Unsafe situation me program stop ho sakta hai (no refund)
📜 Legal
Yeh contract Indian Contract Act 1872 ke under valid hai. Jurisdiction: Odisha Local Court.
💰 Refund Time
Refund 3–7 working days me Bank / UPI ke through process hoga.
